Redpoles feeding at the thistle feeder this morning. At 0°F / -17°C, we added sunflower seeds, thistle, peanuts, and a mix of seed to all of the feeders.
(Note the duct tape around the pole at right. If you’ve heard any duct tape jokes about Alaska, they’re all true.)
